COME TOGETHER FOR A HOPEFUL FUTURE

Lakeside School is taking part in 'Hello Yellow' to support Young Minds this World Mental Health Day on Friday 9th October.

 

Pupils and staff are encouraged to wear a yellow accessory or item of clothing to symbolise support and hope for all young people struggling with their mental health.  It is an opportunity to shake off the stigma surrounding mental health and encourage positive conversations around taking care of ourselves and others.

 

Young Minds is a mental health charity supporting young people and families.  They have a Parent Helpline, online guidance and a crisis line for young people.  Take a look at their website for more information...
